Some of the survey findings:
- Training beneficiaries and organisations of customers play an important role in the influence for trainings definition
- Within the organisations, ICT trainings are planned for 6 months (42%) and 2 years (42% as well)
- 25% of the respondents require a recognised certification whilst 28% require a certificate of attendance and 21% do not require any formal validation
- 28% of the respondents are planning an integration of IPv6 within the next 5 years
- Need for IPv6 training is confirmed
- Decision process vary from a country to one another: no one fit all solution
- For respondents: situation in their offer is comparable between IPv4 and IPv6
- 82% of the organisations offering IPv6 courses think that the IPv4 addresses exhaustion will create an increase of IPv6 training needs within 1 to 2 years (45%) or 3 to 5 years (36%)
- 30% of the organisations not yet using IPv6 say that they have funds for purchase IPv6 trainings

Just for the case of the Philippines, the government is quite soft in directing the telcos to move or start upgrading their Internet services to IPv6.
This is quite a good news for training providers
